Our Terms of Sale

Returned Check Fee: $35.00 Company Check, Personal Check, Government or Educational PO, American Express, VISA or MasterCard, Money Order, Teller or Certified Check.

Company; Government; Education PO's accepted by prior arrangement only.

Placing an order/purchasing from our store  indicates acceptance of all the terms and policies stated herein.

Special ordered or backordered items are shipped at the prices in effect when the item was ordered.

NOTE: Special ordered items and custom built computer systems require pre-payment at time of order.

Although we try to assure accuracy, Abilene Computer Service cannot be responsible for typographical errors or omissions. 

Returns: Unopened software still in its original sealed package, may be returned within 15 days from the date on the invoice.

The following products cannot be returned to our store.

  • Opened Software (Seal broken)
  • Laptop computers (Any brand)
  • Opened Memory (Seal broken)
  • Power Supplies (desktop)

The following products may be returned for like item exchange only due to non-working hardware only.

  • OEM hardware
  • Retail boxed hardware
  • Used hardware or accessories
  • Used monitors
  • Special order parts

To return products, present the item or part for inspection to us at our business address within 15-days from date of original purchase. You must physically present the product to us at our store at 811 N. Judge Ely Blvd, Abilene, TX 79601 to return the product. Products delivered/shipped to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization will be refused and returned to you at your expense. You must deliver the products to Abilene Computer Service at our regular business address within five days of the date that we issue you a Return Authorization. You must also return the products to us in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, incomplete products will not be accepted.  You must prepay shipping charges (if you are shipping the item back to us), and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our option and returned to you at our expense.
